We insist on the most useful practices, the fresh and local products, and you will go back knowing how to cooking delicous dishes at home.

For example on 3 days from friday morning to sunday after lunch:

1rst day: Visit at the market, 3h of cooking, including preparation of a full menu, dinner's meal with service and table decoration.
2nd day: Wine tasting cession, wine and meal agreement, quick preparation for the lunch, and visit of a producer (cheese, wine, ...), 2h of course with special ferme d'O menu, dinner,
3rd day: walk, table decoration, and recommended restaurant and castle visit to conclude with great cultural and practical experience.

Creamy lens soup, crafted with whipped cream
Chicken sauté with Girolles
Tatin special apple pie

Jam, great pâtés, sauces, preparation of foie gras, bread
Table state of the art presentation
