Initial discovery of wines: 3h to try flavors, learn wine process, every friday and saturday, 50€/pers.

Loire Valley Experience: from Nantes to Bourges, discover the influence and the difference of men and the ground into the wine taste, (dry white, red, sweet, 3h, 60€/pers.

Loire wines and the rest of world: taste and compare wines from here or there, around one vine type, special selection of min 10 wines, 3h, 80€/pers.

Cooking

3 hours of cooking in small group, around a color a season or a technique, using local products, and Chef techniques, starting from 60€/pers.

Gastronome Week end

Cooking lessons, receipes from the castles, local meals, technics and tricks, table presentation and serving rules, wine tasting, market visit, including special guests oenologists or chefs. Small groups up to 10 persons.
